return policy for customised products

Many of my products are customised and are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

The style of the figure inside is fixed and may not be made more detailed than pictured.

While I do my best to colour-match your pet, some discrepancy in colours may be present.

Returns of customised cannot be accepted unless I (the manufacturer) am at fault. I will email you a photo of the finished product before shipping to ensure your satisfaction.
